Hi everyone! The Quest Mall in Kolkata was the home to an interesting event hosted by Estee Lauder India this Saturday, the 10th of June. The #LoveLipRemix event was first of its kind in Kolkata and I could not afford to miss it. 😀 It was an event open to all and had blogger and YouTuber Debasree Banerjee as its guest. The sole aim of the event was to show how you could mix and match the thirty amazing shades in the newly launched Pure Color Lipsticks range, to perk up your lip game by a notch. 🙂
Estee Lauder has been a mark of sophistication over the years. However this time, with the new lipstick range, EL has the millenials its on radar. 🙂 Have you checked out Elle King’s Wild Love feat. Kendall Jenner for the Pure Love Lipsticks? Give a hit on YouTube, and take a look. I am totally in love with the number. 😀
The Pure Color Love Lipstickscome in four unique finishes, the Ultra Mattes, Shimmer Pearls, Cooled Chromes, Edgy Cremes. With the diversified finishes and shade options, Estee Lauder encourages all of us to play not only with lip colors, but with textures as well. I will jot down the few points that I took away from this event, and from makeup maestro Sadaf herself. She’s the education executive at Estee. She had the attendees awe-struck as she deftly carved out the best colors and looks for them. 🙂

Hey everyone! Hope you enjoyed the long weekend. 🙂 Well I sure had an eventful Sunday that I shared with you in my Sunday Diaries. Caught up with the long-awaited Baahubali 2 : The Conclusion and did some store hopping at the Quest Mall. In my previous post I was talking about the amazing gifting options at the Kama Ayurveda boutique. So it was only natural that I picked up one myself. 😛
The gift box that I picked up has “signature essentials for women”, with a very pretty floral theme. The box itself looks absolutely feminine and sophisticated. I must say I love the way this box looks, so it was rather tempting to click some pictures. 🙂 You don’t have to deal with a lot of mindful rambling in this post, just plain pictures and a little information. 😀 So go ahead, check out the snaps. If you’ve not yet been to any store of Kama, hopefully you will get an idea of their extensive gifting options too!
So I had left off after the review of the mighty Bahubali 2. But as I said, the day was eventful. 😀 Here is the rest of the diary.
THE REST OF THE DAY AT QUEST MALL :
After the marvel of Baahubali 2, it was time for me to hop around a bit. MAChas three new collections this month – the Lip Scrubtious, Work It Out and Colour Rocker. I did want to try out a few of the shades from the Colour Rocker range, but unfortunately they had run out of stock of the shades that I was looking for. I also wanted to play around with some of the colored mascaras (oh yes, they are exciting!) in MAC’s Work It Out collection, but again the shades I was keen on trying had been swept off the store. And coming to the Lip Scrubtious, I really wanted to take a whiff of those yummilicious flavored lip scrubs before I made up my mind on one. 😀 Read more
Hey everyone! So it was an eventful Sunday with family. Finally caught up with Bahubali 2 : The Conclusion after waiting 2 longs days :P, hopped over to MACand Kama Ayurveda, and had lunch with family. Now typing away at my desk as I’m so eager to share my day with you! I have a review for Baahubali 2 as well in the post, and it is more because I want to share with you the experience I had with Rajamouli’s brainchild, and less because you actually need it. 😀
My Experience of the Movie :
So finally I did manage to capture three top row seats and catch up with Bahubali 2: The Conclusion. After failed attempts to get tickets in nearby theaters, I eventually landed up in INOX at the Quest Mall. You know that famous question that has been tormenting us Indians for the last two years? Well we all know. And so many of us who made up our mind to watch The Conclusion right after watching the first part. More so because of the visual grandiose that the movie is. 🙂 Read more
