Hi everyone! Wish you all a very happy and blessed Diwali. You must be at your festive best and so must be your homes. 🙂 I’ve been juggling quite a lot between work, home and my blog. I actually did shoots for two posts in a day. Whew! Kinda exhausting, but I enjoy it so much.
Today I will share with you my favorite lippies for this festive season. I have my favorites from bot high-end and drugstore, and lippies with different textures. Since it’s autumn and festive, most of my favorites are richer hues, but I do have a few subtle neutrals as well. Please note that the list is a random order of my favorites, and it is not in any order of preference. 🙂 Read more
Hey everyone! I’m not yet done with the amazing MAC Makeup Art Cosmetics Collection for the Spring/Summer 2017. 🙂 Today I have two beautiful lip colors created by makeup wizard James Kaliardos in collaboration with MAC. Each of the three makeup maestros has reflected their signature styles with their respective creations. While Diane had convenient and compact products with vibrant and colorful vibes, James’ creation has more jewel tones to perk up some everyday-wear colors. 🙂 His magic weaves its way through to make our regular colors look distinctive and unique. I have the Almondinelipstick in Lustre finish, and the very unique Tricolor Lip gloss in Stratagloss Pyrite.
Product Description :
James Kaliardos Lipsticks –
Formulated to shade, define and showcase the lips. Four hues in four textures. Custom packaging in matte black with James’ signature in gold.
JAMES KALIARDOS Lipgloss –
A triple-layered pearl-swirl of lip gloss in two shade combinations: pink-toned and bronze-toned. Each colour smoothly gradates into the next. The lightweight formula is loaded with conditioning ingredients to provide comfort. It leaves lips shiny and tinted with lustrous sheer colour. Custom packaging in matte black with James’ signature in gold.
Hello everyone! Just as we are making peace with the overwhelming Women’s Day wishes, I thought to share my review of the new MAC Viva Glam launch. 🙂 This time it’s Taraji P. Henson, the incredible lady we all remember from The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and The Karate Kid. In both she played a mother and touched our hearts. Although people love her in Empire now, I haven’t personally watched this show. But I believe she must be good in that as well. Anyways, coming back to MAC (pun accidental 😛 ), her Viva Glam range has a lipstick and a lipglass.
I picked up only the lipglass because :
I have quite a few fuschia toned lipsticks in my stash at the moment, and don’t really need to add another,
I have never tried MAC lipglasses as I’m not quite a gloss girl,
The pretty sparkly color of the lipglass (fuschia is my weakness),
