So I had left off after the review of the mighty Bahubali 2. But as I said, the day was eventful. 😀 Here is the rest of the diary.
THE REST OF THE DAY AT QUEST MALL :
After the marvel of Baahubali 2, it was time for me to hop around a bit. MAC has three new collections this month – the Lip Scrubtious, Work It Out and Colour Rocker. I did want to try out a few of the shades from the Colour Rocker range, but unfortunately they had run out of stock of the shades that I was looking for. I also wanted to play around with some of the colored mascaras (oh yes, they are exciting!) in MAC’s Work It Out collection, but again the shades I was keen on trying had been swept off the store. And coming to the Lip Scrubtious, I really wanted to take a whiff of those yummilicious flavored lip scrubs before I made up my mind on one. 😀
As I was on my way to the food court, something at the Kama Ayurveda store caught my attention. They were holding a Mother’s Day special and I was eager to check out. 🙂 I was greeted by this lovely lady (sorry girl, I missed noting your name), and she took me around the store. She also exhibited to me the extensive and amazing gifting options you could have for your special ones.
Kama Ayurveda sources their products from Ayurveda, and has products suited for both sexes, and every age group. So next time you think of gifting your beloved a luxurious assortment, do drop in to Kama and explore their gifting options. I have previously used and reviewed their Kumkumadi Brightening Face Scrub, Lavender Patchouli Moisturiser and Pure Rosewater. You can check on the links if you wish to. 🙂
The store at Quest isn’t a huge affair in terms of sprawling square feet, but everything is aesthetically pleasing within. The ambience and the decorum are perfectly in place. And the products impeccably sorted for an easy look-around. The sales department is equally cooperative and enthusiastic. And am I not a self-proclaimed bath-and-body-products fanatic? 😀 It was amazing to have a whiff of the products and browsing through their wide range of soaps and cleansers. I’m planning to check out their scented candles on my next visit to the store. It was great in there and I have a few pics with you to share. However, I did not carry my DSLR today and the pictures are taken with a pretty handy point-and-shoot (Sony Cybershot).
What impressed me a lot was their extensive gifting options. They have ready-made gift boxes for a quick pickup, and customizable ones when you want to add your personal touch to a gift. The gift boxes are so beautiful to look at and you already know I’m a big fan of tasteful packaging. 🙂 I picked up a small gift pack too and will share the pics soon. So there was a lot that I learned about Kama’s in-house offerings today, that was indeed delightful. And such offers are not always available online. I tend to miss out on some personal shopping experience ordering most of the products online, so I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Kama Ayurveda boutique today.
Make sure to take a peek at it next time you’re at the Quest Mall on Syed Amir Ali Avenue. You sure will have a pleasant experience 🙂
