Hi everyone! I had promised a series of posts pertaining to the ongoing festive season. So many of us have a day job these days (so do I), so we do not exactly have the luxury to experiment with our looks and style most of the times. I get that feeling when I want to use the wonderful products stashed away in my vanity, yet have to wait for a suitable occasion to wear them.
However with the jubilant festivities all around, why not pick up a subtle something from your dresser and light up a mundane day at work? Use a product that you would not use on any common day, and make yourself feel special for all the hard work you do? Well of course, it is not always possible when we are running short of time. But hey, give yourself a break and with only a few minutes more, you can transform your look and feel so good about it! After all, when do you use the amazing beauty products you bought for yourself, if not during festivals?
So I have three very easy looks for you that you can wear for office. And an easy from-day-to-night look as well, for those times when you have to catch up on events straight from office. 🙂 Read more
Hi everyone! Hope you all are doing good. Diwali is around the corner, and I’ll be doing a series of posts in context with the festival of lights. 🙂 Today’s post has to be special because I really went offbeat to create a purple-pink eye makeup. Well, at least it’s special for me. Because I’m really happy with how it turned out. 🙂
Hi everyone! I have been daring myself to wear purple lips for quite some time now. 😀 When MAC released the Makeup Art Cosmetics Collection, I grabbed the Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolor in Flamingo Road from Kabuki’s creations. I have been wanting to wear it ever since. Given the bold dash of color that Flamingo Road is, I decided to go little subtle for the rest of the face.
Hey everyone! I’m not yet done with the amazing MAC Makeup Art Cosmetics Collection for the Spring/Summer 2017. 🙂 Today I have two beautiful lip colors created by makeup wizard James Kaliardos in collaboration with MAC. Each of the three makeup maestros has reflected their signature styles with their respective creations. While Diane had convenient and compact products with vibrant and colorful vibes, James’ creation has more jewel tones to perk up some everyday-wear colors. 🙂 His magic weaves its way through to make our regular colors look distinctive and unique. I have the Almondinelipstick in Lustre finish, and the very unique Tricolor Lip gloss in Stratagloss Pyrite.
Product Description :

Hi everyone! I had recently shared my haul pics from MAC Makeup Art Cosmetics Collection in this post. I have been trying out the products since, and today will review the 6x Eyeshadow Palette- Glamourize Me, from Diane Kendal’s creation. She has an array of products, palettes and duo-sticks, colorful kajals and mascaras created exclusively for MAC. I find palettes useful and handy, with quite many options to choose from. Some intelligently designed palettes are sleek and pretty travel-friendly too. So when MAC launched these many palettes from Kendal, I was spoiled for choice. 😛 Being initially torn between the lip-and-cheek crème palette and the cream eyeshadow palette, I finally let my fluttering heart settle for the latter. 🙂
Diane Kendal’s colours for eyes. All pearlescent finishes in light gold, reddish-bronze, royal purple, reddish-plum, navy blue and deep blackened-brown. Medium, buildable colour. Cream Colour Shadow formulas. Limited edition. Custom packaging in matte black with Diane’s signature in gold.
